  • Responsible for all back-end database design and programmatic functionality of this site.
  • Notable features include:
        - Verisign-based e-commerce payment for subscription database as well as research requests.
        - Large, behind-the-scenes application for research request management.

    CD Inventory System (Spring 2002)

  • Web-based CD Inventory system that allows users to scan the barcodes of the CDs they own in order to create an inventory of their collection.
  • System consults pre-existing online music databases to acquire album information and cover art.

    Web Production Group Intranet (Spring 2002)

  • Initially spearheaded this project to design an intranet site to ease the flow of internal communications and data flow.
  • Features of this internal group management/communication site include:
        - Project management application for reporting of progress of projects
        - Problem ticket management/response application
        - Extensive library of reuseable code

    AI Experiment : Guess the Person (Winter 2001)

  • Learning decision-tree application that, based on a series of user-entered questions, guesses the person you are searching for.

    Web-Based Page Editor Application (Fall 1999 - Present)

  • Allows an individual with very low-level HTML expertise to edit pages using dynamic templates
  • WYSIWYG interface shows a preview of the page they are making.

    5k Contest Winner (Spring 2000)

  • Winner of the www.sylloge.com "5k Contest".
  • Wrote Javascript to build a dynamic e-commerce site with a shopping cart that is less than 5k in size.
  • Conceptualized site idea.
