Skye Humphries, Andy Reid and Lucy Dunne teach fun, high-energy classes, in Ithaca,
that are popular with all ages. They emphasize social dancing with energy,
strong partner connection, solid technique, innovative moves, and
musicality.
Skye and Andy are internationally renowned dancers and instructors, holding a variety of regional, national and international titles. They are members of the award-winning troupe Minnie's Moochers, through which they have performed and taught all over the world. Minnie's Moochers are widely regarded as one of the most sprirted and influential Lindy Hop troupes in existence. Lucy is a new addition to the teaching team. She has an extensive dance background in many forms of dance, and brings new perspective to lindy hop. Where's Sarah? Sarah is still part of the team, but her involvement is limited to weekends and camp engagements, because she has left Ithaca for Boston where she is a professor of Mathematics at Olin College of Engineering!
